RETURN POLICY
We believe in creating the highest-quality product for our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

JB LANGLEY does not accept returns for dirty, damaged or worn products, or products that do not have original tags and packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned to you.

Sale items purchased are final and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Mark the items that you are returning on your Return Form. Package your return item(s) and completed return form. You may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Please make sure that your return is shipped to:

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package.
